Čekajući paket / Waiting for the parcels

Since November 1992 families and friends from all of ex-Yugoslavia as well as all over Europe have been sending food parcels to their families and friends in Sarajevo. Lack of food and the absence of normal routes of communication both in and out of the city meant that these shipments, though rare and small in size, provided a chance for survival as well as a voice of remembrance for the recipient.
