The director painfully portrays the war in Kosovo and the people's sufferings. He takes the viewer through today's Kosovo, while many different voices and witnesses try to reveal us past and present responsibilities, guilt and complicities. As it often happens, peace is more a piece of paper than reality, while the agreements signed by governments can easily bring back hatred and further conflicts.
