Accreditation
Reporting press representatives from all areas of media (print, online, TV, radio, web-TV and photography) at goEast receive a press accreditation by providing name and medium. The accreditation is personalized and non-transferable. Alongside your accreditation you get a festival bag with further information and the current festival catalogue.
The accreditation permits entry to the daily film screenings. Because of a limited number of tickets, additional registration is required for the following events: the Opening Ceremony, the Award Ceremony, the reading, the Matinee as well as the goEast Party at Schlachthof on Friday the 11th of April. If you would like to attend these events, please contact the press department: presse@filmfestival-goEast.de
If the allocated ticket quotas are exceeded, goEast reserves the right to refuse entry. There is no legal right to the participation in special events.
You can pick up your accreditation from the press counter during the festival week. Please send your full documents by 28/03/14.
Please note:
Unlike previous years, the press counter is no longer located at the Caligari FilmBühne. It can now be found at the festival center at Wiesbadener Casino-Gesellschaft, Friedrichstraße 22, 65185 Wiesbaden.
During the festival the press counter will be open at the following times:
09. April from 10.00 until 16.00
10. April from 10.00 until 20.00
11. April from 10.00 until 20.00
12. April from 10.00 until 20.00
13. April from 10.00 until 20.00
14. April from 10.00 until 20.00
15. April from 10.00 until 16.00
Late accreditation during the festival is only possible at the “Infocounter”.
If you have already been accredited in previous years we can re-use your photo. Please make a note of this in your accreditation documents. We also ask that you fill out and return the accreditation form fully completed, and whether you plan to cover the festival or not. If you do not intend to report on the festival, there is an administrative charge of 20€ payable upon pickup at the press counter. We thank you for your understanding.
Upon the presentation of your accreditation at the “Infocounter”, you receive tickets to all film screenings during the festival week. The tickets for the entire festival week screenings are available in advance at the “Infocounter” and at Caligari FilmBühne. However, if you wish to attend a screening for which you do not already have tickets, these must be collected at the respective venues on the specific date. The free press passes are intended solely for personal use.
